Design a sales management system for a freight company that makes managing sales data and client information simple and efficient on mobile devices.
The goal for this project was to design a mobile-first sales management system that would support freight company sales teams in their day-to-day operations. The company needed a system that allowed them to quickly view and manage leads, track client communication, and monitor sales performance — all in one place, and all optimized for mobile use. The challenge was not just to make something that looked good, but to make something that actually worked for their team’s fast-paced, on-the-go workflow. Since the freight industry involves a lot of back-and-forth between clients, documents, and time-sensitive deals, the interface had to feel intuitive and be easy to navigate at a glance. My focus was on creating a design that felt natural and efficient from the moment someone opened the app, while still making space for visual structure and consistency. I wanted the experience to feel light, clear, and organized — even when the data wasn’t.
